- Dispute assistance service: to avoid any disputes relating to project execution, delivery, communication, service delivery or any other matters between two parties, myLocals provide facility ‘Finalising Terms’ to avoid any disputes.
- Support Services: myLocals provides support services to the registered buyers and service providers.
Eligibility for Membership: To register for an account with myLocals and become a member, you must accept all of the terms and conditions, policies and procedures incorporated to this terms and services agreement. myLocals reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, suspend or terminate service to anyone.
Your Account: To become a member ad use the service available from the site, you must register for a account. You must provide true, accurate and complete information, and update such information to maintain its truth, accuracy and completeness. You must safeguard your username and password. We may rely on any use of the site with your username and password as authorised by you. You acknowledge and agree that myLocals is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such site or resources or the content. You use the link at your own risk.
